Shipping costs

Shipping charges follow the applicable weight band, destination, province, method, and product profile. The confirmed charge is displayed before payment at checkout. We do not offer a general $99 free-shipping threshold. Entries marked 666.66 or 999 are quotation markers: please contact us for a confirmed shipping quotation before ordering; they are not free-shipping rates or a final payable delivery price.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours, except in special circumstances. Order processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated transit times

Under normal conditions, estimated DHL transit time is 3–7 days for destinations such as the United States and Europe where this service and estimate apply. This estimate does not apply to every destination.

Under normal conditions, estimated standard-shipping transit time is 7–15 days for applicable destinations. For other destinations, please confirm the available method and estimate before ordering.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Confirm the shipping method and estimated transit time for your destination before ordering.

Customs duties

We only charge the costs incurred during the transportation of the order, and do not include any customs duties. Customs duties are collected by the destination country, and we have no right to interfere with it.

Changes and enquiries

Shipping availability and charges may change with the applicable carrier and destination conditions. The offer shown before payment must match the shipping method and charge actually provided. If you need clarification, contact customermanager@formulamod.com; we reply within 1 business day.
