Change-of-mind returns: 14 days

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days after delivery. Outside the EU and UK, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and resalable. You pay the return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. Please contact us for return approval and shipping instructions before sending goods back. We issue the refund after receiving and checking the returned goods.

Product problems: 30 days

Within 30 days after delivery, you may request a refund for a product problem. Please email your order details and a description of the problem. We pay the return shipping costs for quality issues. We will provide return instructions and issue the refund after receiving and checking the returned goods. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or any separate applicable warranty.

EU and UK consumers

You may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery. You pay the return shipping costs for a change-of-mind withdrawal; this cost is disclosed before purchase. You may inspect the goods. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning may result in a reasonable deduction for actual diminished value; use or installation alone does not automatically remove your withdrawal right. The unused, uninstalled, and resalable condition stated above is not an absolute bar to the statutory EU/UK withdrawal right. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.

How to request a return

Email customermanager@formulamod.com with your order details and tell us whether this is a change-of-mind return or a product problem. We reply within 1 business day. Follow the instructions provided for your return and keep your shipment record. The same policy applies to the products previously described as repair or replacement only; there is no separate exclusion for those products.
