How long does shipping from Shenzhen take?

Standard international shipping is 3–7 business days to most countries. Express shipping is 2–4 days. All orders ship from the FormulaMod warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Tracking links are sent by email once the package is scanned into the carrier network.

Do you ship H100 and B200 waterblocks to data centers?

Yes. FormulaMod supplies 24/7-rated, all-metal waterblocks for NVIDIA H100, H200, B200, A100 and Tesla server GPUs. Volume quotes for datacenter deployments are issued within 24 hours. Contact customermanager@formulamod.com with the GPU model, quantity and destination country to start an order.

Is FormulaMod an authorized Bykski and Barrow dealer?

Yes. FormulaMod is an authorized dealer for Bykski and Barrow, sourcing direct from the factories. We also carry Granzon, Barrowch and Bykrie. All products ship in original manufacturer packaging with factory warranty.

Can I customize a loop kit or distribution plate?

Loop kits can be customized on tubing type, fittings, block combinations and coolant. Fully custom distro plates require a CAD drawing and take 2–3 weeks in production. Email customermanager@formulamod.com with your case model and target parts list to start a consultation.

What is your return and warranty policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Waterblocks that have been installed or run with coolant are not returnable due to contamination risk. Defective products are covered under manufacturer warranty: Bykski blocks carry a 1-year warranty.
